1. The Order of the Emerald Cross has a twofold purpose as stated by Ascended Lady Master Portia in her dictation given through the Messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet on April 17, 1976:
(1) “To establish a focus of healing for all who will come not only for the teachings [of the ascended masters] but to touch the hem of the garment of the Divine Mother.”
(2) “…for the healing of this nation and every nation.”


2. Two potential focuses of healing that members of this Order are asked to give their heartfelt prayers and decree support for:

(b) To help manifest in the physical plane the Ascended Master Sanat Kumara’s vision for the Good Samaritan hospital.

“I am Portia, Goddess of Opportunity, I ask you to write to me a letter expressing your desire for opportunity to serve so that I may present to the Lords of Karma your options, your expressions of love for Saint Germain and for brother and sister on the path.”

How to Send Your Letter to the Master

The ascended masters teach that a devotee may write a physical letter to a master and then burn it in a physical fire. Then, an angel will take their letter to the master who resides in an etheric retreat on the etheric plane. In this case, you would write to Portia following the instructions she has given.
